The cottage at Oaks Farm is part of the stable block built in the 1930's set in 3 1/2 acres of private garden, part of which has been planted for wildlife.

The cottage has an entrance hall, two bedrooms, one with double bed, side cabinets and wardrobes. The second bedroom has two single beds, side cabinets, chest of draws, wardrobes and easy chair. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and under floor heating. Open plan sitting room/kitchen/dining room with two sofas, coffee table, TV, dining table and chairs. The kitchen area is fully equipped with range style cooker (two ovens) washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. It is fully central heated. Bed linen, duvets, pillows and towels are included in the tariff. Outside there is a large patio, table, chairs and BBQ.

Ample parking, welcome pack on arrival. Tea, coffee, milk and biscuits.

Short breaks available from £50 per day, minimum of 2 days. No smoking. No pets.

From Shrewsbury take the A528 to Ellesmere 1/2 mile after Burlton, turn left for Petton. From Ellesmere take the A528 south 1 mile after Cockshutt turn right for Petton, turn left in Petton for Weston Lullingfields, Oaks Farm is on the left.
