Wroxeter Hotel is situated in a tiny hamlet next to the noteworthy church of St. Andrews. A selection of the church's North wall is Anglo Saxon, the stones being taken from Uniconium, the nearby deserted Roman Town (the fourth largest town in Roman Britain). The extensive well preserved remains of Uriconium can still be viewed today.Wroxeter Hotel has 15 nicely furnished en-suite bedrooms which are non-smoking. Eight bedrooms have uninterupted views across beautiful countryside to the famous landmark of the Wrekin while several rooms look across the Stretton Hills. Why not use Wroxeter Hotel to explore the wealth of History in Ironbridge, coalbrookdale, Much Wenlock and the picturesque town of Shrewsbury.

From Telford M54 Leave M54 at junction 7, take the B5061 towards Shrewsbury. After 4.5 miles turn left onto the B4394, over crossroads and turn left after 0.5 miles. We are next to church.
